Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette
Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette
1/3 cup or 3 ounces olive oil
2 tablespoons or 1 ounce of balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Shake, or whisk all ingredients until thick and emulsified. Store at room temperature.
