Grilled Maple Mustard Chicken

This sweet and tangy marinade makes this chicken perfect for anything, slice for sandwiches or pasta or simple enjoy with a side of sauteed veggies.

1 - 1.5 lbs chicken
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, syrup, garlic, salt and pepper.  Pat chicken dry, marinate for at least 1 hour.  Preheat grill, and grill 7-10 minutes each side, or until no longer pink.
